Wednesday:
Kids- BJJ/MMA (No-Gi) 5:00-6:00
Adults- BJJ (No-Gi) 6:00-7:00, MMA 7:00-8:00
Thursday:
Kids- BJJ/MMA (No-Gi) 5:00-6:00
Adults- BJJ (Gi) 6:00-7:00, MMA 7:00-8:00
Friday: Private Lessons (By appointment)
Saturday: Wrestling 11:00-1:00
